Biotin EMSA Blocking buffer - Search for a suitable blocking buffer (Nov/26/2007 )

Hi there,

I've been using PIERCE's kit for my EMSA which uses biotin labelled probes and chemiluminescent detection. Unfortunately I have run out of blocking buffer and I was hoping if somebody could help me with the choice of a new one.

Has anybody used their own blocking buffer with this kit after transfer to PVDF?
