re-use Ni-NTA - (Nov/19/2007 )

hi all!,
just a quick question. i am purifying the same recombinant protein through ni-nta. is it possible to store the resin after use for future uses and if possible what buffer do you recommended? the manual says how to regenerate (if blue colour disapears) but not how to store it!!

store it in the same solution it was in when you first pulled it out of the box (most likely 20% ethanol). the storage conditions, as well as the regeneration procedure, should be on the data sheet that came with the column.
