Prtocol for large scale protein expression - (Nov/16/2007 )

Hi Friends
Is there any one has got a prtocol for large scale protein expression I mean up 2 L culture and what media you recommend?

Try TB media (12g Bacto-Tryptone, 24g Yeast Extract, 4 ml Glycerol in 1L final volume) Add phosphate buffer to this.

10x Phosphate Buffer: 23.1 g KH2PO4 and 125.4 g K2HPO4 in 1L of dH2O
