primer design for subclone - (Nov/01/2007 )

add restrict enzyme site into the primers, I am trying to add 6 more bp to the terminal of the primer to make sure restrict enzyme work during digestion process later. who has the common sequence for the extra oligos?

no common sequence. you have to calculate the Tm and %GC first before decining what nucleotides to add.
