[western blotting] Loading control in 6% gel? - Please suggest good loading control protein of high molecular weight (Oct/17/2007 )

Hi All,

Recently I did western blotting using 6% SDS-PAGE gel and I got good result for the protein of my interest (160KD). But actin (~40KD) seems already gone out and I

need another loading control to normalize expression levels. Proteins below ~65KD seem already gone, so please recommend good loading control greater than 65KD.
