Creating Cell suspension - (Aug/11/2007 )

i was just wondering if it is possible to create cell suspension out of heart and kidney for affinity chromatography? If it is possible how do u go abt doing it any recommanded protocols to adhere? i have not done this before , it wld be a great help if anyone cld guide me on this...
