minimum amount of cells used for western blot - (Aug/03/2007 )
Hi,
I want to do western blot on primary sorted cells. Problem is that if everything goes well, I will end up with 100-150 000 cells. My question is how low one can go with the number of cells to start from and if there are special protocols for such down-scaled westerns?
Thanks a lot!
