Western blot for 2D gel - (Feb/04/2004 )

I would like to get some idea about the protocol for western blot for 2D gel
Do you have any experience about that??
Is there any good literature about this issue?

Works the same way as standard westerns because the second dimension of a 2D is a standard PAGel.
