STRATEGENE hybrizap pADGAL4-2.1 - pADGAL4-2.1 (Jul/01/2007 )

Dear Friends,

I need uninserted pADGAL4-2.1 plasmid to use as control in my yeast re-transformation experiment. All I have is degraded and when I tried to purcase this plasmid and it is not available, Stratagene has a package of 5-6 plasmids you have to purchase the entire kit... which is around $600 and as you can imagine my PI is extermly upset ...if any one has this un inserted plasmid is it possible for you to send me couple of microliters undigested and un inserted STRATEGENE pADGAL4-2.1 plasmid?

I am sorry for asking a stupid question, but have you tried transforming your degraded plasmid prep back into cells? You only need 1 intact molecule to make it.
