Could anybody send me the protocol for casting and running gradient SDS-PAGE.

What type of gradient gel are you running? Mini? Large gels?

If you don't want to waste your time to connect the mixers and testing
different APS concentrations, try something call NEXTGEL. It has good
resolving power as a gradient gel, but not the hassles, and it is much
cheaper than precast gels as well
