Hello, I would like to know how I can purificate a Ha-tagged protein from a in vitro translation reaction

Immunoaffinity resin with HA antibody coupled by CNBr to Sepharose 2B. Elute with a HA peptide. The peptide should be removed by spinning through a 10K column such that the peptide flows through and the protein is retained.
