I want to clone a 60 mer oligos, I need a protocol for short oligo cloning. could you help me?

Any standard ligation technique should work. Do you have overhangs on the product, what plasmid are you putting it into, are the oligos already annealed?

Morning,
I annealed the oligos, and it has sticky ends (BglI-PstI), also I have purred pACYC177 (PstI-BglI) fragment. I want to clone the oligo in this fragment. as you know the plasmid extraction from pAC is very hard, and I do it with Qiagen kit, but it's concentration is very low, so I have some limitation about it.
