Modification of Vector - (Feb/09/2007 )

Hello everybody!

I'll modify the binary vector pPCV702SM. I want to change the position of the left border so that a smaller fragment of T-DNA is transferred to plants. The problem is that I need an additional restriction site.

Hopefully somebody can help me to find a strategie.

Could you provide a sequence map or even a restriction site map for pPCV702SM. I have been unable to find any map information on pPCV702SM and I am unfamilar with plant plasmids.
