I need your help regarding HAEMOGLOBIN ELECTROPHORESIS - (Feb/02/2007 )

I have been assigned the job of Haemoglobin Electrophoresis which I have no idea about .I know that it could be done by modifying your original SDS-PAGE protocol but still don't know what these modifications are and how to go about the whole process.Can you people help me carrying out this?

exactly how do you want to analyze the hemoglobin?

you can run sds-page and denature the hemoglobin.

you can run on native page, at high neutral or low pH or cellulose acetate strips to see subtypes of hemoglobin without denaturing the hemoglobin.
