Starting to express protein - tips needed to start it =) (Jan/09/2007 )

I know about urea will denature my protein. But at this stage, I just want to look at the size of my protein. Will proceed once I got my protein. Cause I don't have enough chemicals for getting native protein. Thanks alot. hehe
