How long for ligations? - (Dec/11/2006 )

i use Mighty mix from TAKARA . ligation condition is 16c for 30 min
i am also facing ligation problem

I did the conventional method of ligation.

Put inside the fridge (about 4-6 celcius) for overnight ligation.

Works fine to me....
