faster proteins - (Nov/28/2006 )

hi friends, i hope u have any advice for me...

my problem is that i think bromophenol blue runs faster than proteins, since a few days i have this problem fells like the % of acrylamide is diferent, but its not happens with other extracts.

i think maybe its a lysis of my proteins but if that happens, the PI and weight changes and only changes the weight and i lost a few proteins...

sorry about my english and thanks..

bromophenol SHOULD run faster than your polypeptides as it is of small molecular size, and, therefore, used as a visible standard to follow performance of the gel run
