Primer design with restriction sites - (Oct/04/2006 )

I’m looking for a list that states how many bases I need from the recognition sequence of a restriction enzyme for it to still be able to cut.

Find an old NEB catalogue. Most university departments will have one or two hanging around.

In the back is the bible for designing sequences for restriction enzymes
