Hi.
I'd like to find out what how mRNA obtained from tissues / blood can be experimentally translated into protein ?

You can do in-vitro translation by using either wheat germ lysate or reticulocyte lysate system. The lysate cotains tRNA, ribosome and other necessary translation machinery. The only things you need are free amino acids and ATP (regenrating system). You can buy these lysates from Promega.
