Total protein in human serum - (Oct/02/2006 )

Hi all,
Can anybody tell me which is the total protein concentration in human serum? I´ve found very different values in the literature.
I´m doing WB with serum and I dilute it 1:20 and this works well, but I don´t know exactly what concentration I´m working with.

ca. 55–90 mg/mL, may vary from lab to lab and from person to person.
