Protein level in fibroblasts cell line - (Sep/08/2006 )

Hi!
Does anyone know what is total protein level in fibroblasts growing in 6-well plates. I just made my Bradford to see to concentration, at it looks a bit to high for me. The standards looks good!

I would trust your Bradford if the standards look good. To be more sure, you could measure again including a lysate you measured before and looked "normal".
