i hv to purify the AChE from fish brain.
is this possible i use PMSF as protien inhibitor??
what is the concept behind in using PMSF!

PMSF is a protease inhibitor. It's almost impossible to keep your samples well cooled during protein isolation and during the isolation also proteases come free.
But I cannot help you with fish brain, but PMSF sounds normal.
