problem of protein expression - problem of protein expression (Aug/22/2006 )

Dear All,

Here is an question? i did the protein P450 (35A2:Lumio Tag:6x His) which is about 40 kDA expression in e.coli, but every time i can have three band showed out in my gel. Of course i always thinking it could be the degradation. Afterward, i did again the same sequence in the overexpression in C.elegans (35A2::GFP:6xHis), still three band coming out.

Are they any information to tell from these?

Just a thought: maybe 3 different ATGs?
