Membrane protein extraction - What about MEM-PER kit (Pierce)? (Aug/16/2006 )

I would like to extract membrane protein. I can't use ultracentrifugation. I would like to know if someone has already used the "MEM-PER Eukaryotic Membrane protein extraction reagent kit"? Does it work well or not?
