enzyme activity assay - succinate dehydrogenase (Aug/08/2006 )

I am trying to perform an activity assay for bacterial succinate dehydrogenase.
Do you have any suggestions for the realization of this project?

There r some old papers which describe the assays for succinate dehydrogenase activity.

I dont have access to these papers.

the assay conditions may be in the Worthington catalog or in "Methods in Enzymology".

you might also look for a data sheet from a company that sells the enzyme.
