big molecular weight for western blot for brain sample - (Jul/25/2006 )

Dear All:
I am preparing to do western blot of big molecular weight(>250 kD) with our brain sample, but can not find good internal control antibody for loading control, any below 50kD can not be used, and GAPDH and actin have been shown changed in our animal model. Is there anybody give me some suggestions of big MW internal loading control antibody for brain sample? Many thanks, tracy

hBdp1 (2254AA) is a heavy protein too and should not be affected if you don't study transcription mechanisms.
