SDS protein sample over boiled, what happend? - (Jul/04/2006 )

I forgot the sample for an hour. I could make new sample, just wondered that what happened in this condition. after SDS completely denatured the protein, what is happening aftetr that?

It could be interesting to run it anyway if you have a spare lane for it, otherwise I'd make a new sample. Just make sure your final volume is the same (as what it would be normally).
