whats the shelf life of siRNA.Is that possible to construct them and store them for long period of time ?
whats the condition they required and how much chance of their degradation?

storing siRNA for a long time is ok.
Cares :
store at -80 instead of -20°
RNAse free water
if it's for a long term storage and you're not sure of your water, formamide is better. But before transfection you'll need to spin it.
