Gene synthesis - (Jun/14/2006 )

Hi everybody,

I am trying to synthesize a eukaryotic gene as 320 bp long. My question is about the fragments’ sizes and adding enzymes sites at the end. I was wondering if there is anybody who has some experiences with that? Any kind of help is very welcome.

Do u mean u want to PCR amplify this 320bp gene ?
