TA ligation - (May/22/2006 )

HI all,

Can i keep my ligation mixture at 4C more than one night, maybe for two nights? Pls advice.

You can always freeze it at -20°C. I do it all the time and i never had problems...

I dont know whether it is theoretically correct to keep the ligation mix in 4.C for two days but sometimes i had kept in a fridge for 2-3 days and still i had colonies on transformation

I have left my ligations on the bench and they have worked even after 2-3 days. I am sure you can store it at 4C or even at -20C and use it later on.
