FLAG M2 affinity gel agarose storage condition - (Apr/28/2006 )

Dear all,
I got some antiFLAG ME affinity gel(agarose) to use. which is an antibody with agarose. the storage from manufactor is -20 can for a year without openit. I wondered that after I open it, should i store it in 4 dgree because of the antibody? any ideas of you smart guys.

it depends on its storage buffer. if the buffer doesn't freeze at -20C then you can store it that way after opening, as long as you haven't changed the buffer.

the manufacturer's data sheet should give you information on storage after opening.
