Immunoaffinity chromatography-help - protocol for coupling of antibodies (Apr/23/2006 )

Hi all,

I am planning to do an immunoaffinity column chromatography to purify the protein expressed from mammalian cells. We have both monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies for this protein.

I would appreciate if somebody can provide me a protocol for coupling of antibodies to the supporting matrix.

It is a protocol for Ab coupling to to a prepacked agarose matrix.
