PCR and DMSO - (Apr/14/2006 )

i want to have some information about the condition of using DMSO in a PCR!!
i want to imrove my inverse PCR results!!

DMSO may decrease self anneal of primers. Hence by adding it you may decrease non specific amplification. It's admitted generally that 2%DMSO is the max, but i've done 10%DMSO with great results.
