sorry another question, i have to break the protocol somewhere...can i store the protein after purification and isolation of inclusion body and just before refolding? at 4 C will be ok overnight? thankx a lot

I've had no problems storing inclusion bodies at 4 degrees, or frozen. The proteins are rarely in their native form in inclusion bodies, so they are pretty stable under a wide variety of conditions.
