No not yet This week I tried to electroporate and with heat shock but both experiments without results (( I wonder, If I could raise the voltage up to 2,4 kV. I just tried 1,2 kV ...

hehe... quite funny. I am just about to finish my diploma thesis and just wanted to check some stuff.
Well, i could transform that huge one and i did it via heat shock. the difficulty was to obtain the plasmid, but it worked thanks again to everyone in here
