Protein degradation - (Feb/09/2006 )

My protein is overexpressed as a soluble form but it's not stable. In western blot analysis, there are so many bands and after I check the protein stability I found that my protein is loss about 2/3 in 4 hr. PMSF could restore only a little, the protein still degraded more than half in 4 hr.!!!

Could you please suggest sth. ?

try Proteases Inhibitor Cocktail (Sigma), it should be more efficient...
