Isoelectric point - with what software better to calculate? - EXPASY versus EMBOSS (Feb/09/2006 )

I calculated the pI of my protein with two software - pepstats of EMBOSS (pI= 6,87) and EXPASY tool (pI=6,38). Which value should i considerate as more credible? Which software do you use to calculate and which do you find more consistent with your experimental results?

Swiss prot, is the most website i used to determine the pHi of different protein, so use the expasy site , it's the best
