extraction of protein from aluminium hydroxide formulated vaccine - extraction of protein (Jan/12/2006 )

iam having problem in extracting protein from aluminium hydroxide formulated vaccine.iam using the following method:
centrifuging the sample and precipitating with ethanol 7 times the volume of sample and keeping it in -20degreeC for 30minutes and centrifuging for 15 minutes(13000 rpm) and resuspending the pellet in 1Xloading dye. iam not able to get a prominent single band.(Protein MW is 39 kDa).i tried TCA precipitation also but couldnt get good prominent band
please suggest me a method to get my result.
