Sequencing primer dilution - (Dec/29/2005 )
if I have a primer whose concentration is 9.4pmol/microliter, how can I get 3 pmol/microliter? Is there any way to dilute it? Or do I jsut add 3microliters of it in a sequencing reaction?

Hallo,
just do a 1:3 dilution of the 9.4 pmol/µl primer solution and you'll get one with ~ 3 pmol/µl
(e.g. take 3µl of 9.4 pmol/µl and add 6 µl of water)

Thanks! But is it also okto add 0.3microliters of the 9.4 pmol/µl?
