which vector will be best for cloning and then expression - vector (Dec/23/2005 )

Hello Dear

I want to clone my sequences of interest but I am not sure which vector would be the best .
would you please help me?

Clone into a TOPO vector and then cut and ligate into a pET vector/pBAD vector/pMAL vector (for expression in bacteria).
