can any one please let me know which is the best sequencing primer for puc 18 vector.
And how exactly can i desgine a sequencing primer

pUC18 has the standard M13-fwd and M13-rev primers defined already. You can either order these from NEB (e.g.) or, more likely cheaper these days, copy the sequence into the web site of your favorite oligo maker and go.
