need ideas for protein protein interaction - protein interaction assays (Dec/15/2005 )

What's another option for a INDIRECT protein-protein interaction assay besides a CO-Immunoppt? Apparently, yeast-two-hybrid and GST pull down assay are for direct interaction between proteins. Any advice would be appreciated.

you can try to detect co-localization of your proteins by immunofluorescence and confocal microscopy, if you have antibodies available.
