pQE30 sequence needed - or restriction map (Dec/14/2005 )
Does anyone have the sequence or cloning map of this plasmid? We have recieved a cloned protein using this vector and it isn't even in the UniVec database and endless searches have been fruitless up to this point.

I had actually been to the Qiagen site and to Stratagene and to Invitrogen (they sold it too) and none came back with a hit on the pQE30 search term. Believe me, I tried all the usual suspects before coming here.

i agree, i also only found it in because of a college showing me. i don't know why they "hide" it
