Path length measuring protein concentration - (Nov/10/2005 )
Hi all,
I wonder what should I do to calculate a protein concentration from its absorbance if the path length is 0.1 cm.
Thanks in advance

Multiply by 10, unless the software does already does it for you.

I agree, based on Beer's law, from a physical view.

You have to se A= ExCxl
A: Absornace
E: extinction coefficient
C: concentration
l: path length
