question about natively seperation of subunits of complex protein by PAGE - (Oct/25/2005 )

Hi everyone
I get a complex protein and found it was composed of seven subunits on SDS-PAGE. I want to analysis the respective function of the seven subunits, firstly I want to seperate them on PAGE, but they show a compact unit on native gel. someone could tell me a method which can both seperate them on PAGE and keep them nondenature?

u can use native agarose gel electrophoresis or blue native(BN) PAGE for de separation of proteins in their native state.sorry i have not done both de techniques,i saw about it in the link given below
