nuclear extract - protocol for cell fractioning (Oct/17/2005 )

I need to extract nuclear proteins from mouse brain tissue. Does anybody have a good protocol?

a good protocol on cells is available here. I suppose that if cells are lysed propermy it would be no probelm. But i NEVER TRIED on TISSUE.

this topic may help too discuting on contamination of nuclear extract by cytoplasmic one.
