purification by gel? - after a first round of PCR (Oct/13/2005 )
I'm trying a mutagenesis by PCR with 4 oligos ... after the first round they say "gel purify fragment" what am i supposed to do? put all my reaction in an agarose gel then cutting the gel to retrieve my DNA?
