How to upload the csv file into GUI - (May/13/2015 )

Dear All, 

I want to analyse deep sequencing data using one channel GUI. Can anyone of you tell how to upload a CSV or exe. files into the GUI software

GUI stands for graphical user interface... it is a term common to many programs where you use a mouse to navigate the interface- the other option is command line, where you type commands to use the program (e.g. the statistical package R is usually command line, but you can get GUIs for it such as RKward).

Which program are you using for analysis?
