Doea ChIP detect only limited data representing only antibodies used during protocol or can we detect more regions too? Thanks.

Ideally antibodies will be very specific and should limit your data to the things targeted by your antibody, however,depending on the antibody, you may also get other data coming through with non-specific antibody reations.
