Kinase pulldown - (Oct/19/2012 )

I am trying to do a pulldown assay. I have a His-tagged kinase and am trying to determine if it binds other epitope tagged proteins in an in vitro experiment. My question is: is the interaction between a kinase and its substrate ATP-dependent?
